		<description>Chris, yes there&#039;s something about immersing yourself (being in &#039;flow&#039;). I find it in mundane tasks but also in more meaningful things as well. Such as writing.</description>

		<description>I&#039;d love to say I&#039;ve gained mastery of my mind but it would be more accurate to say it comes and goes. I can recognise when my mind is mastering me but there&#039;s often a delay and can be days before I get control back.</description>
